1. 🌍 Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (UK): Domestic shipping available nationwide.
  • International: We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout.

2. 🚛 Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Small & Medium Parcels: Sent via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked service.
  • Large Parcels: Delivered via Parcelforce Tracked 24 service.

Shipping method is automatically selected based on the size and weight of your order. All orders include tracking.

3. 💷 Shipping Costs

International Calculated at checkout, based on destination and order weight
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees related to international shipments.

4. ⏱ Handling & Processing Times

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM (GMT) are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed Saturday before 11:00 AM are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after cutoff times, on Sundays, or on public holidays are shipped on the next business day.
