🔁 easyTag Return & Refund Policy
At easyTag, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, in full compliance with Google Merchant Center and UK consumer regulations.
📦 Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be included.
- Products must not fall under our non-returnable items list below.
📍 Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
🔄 How to Request a Return
You can initiate a return in either of the following ways:

- Reason for return
- Photographs (if damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we will email you return instructions and confirm the return address.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at time of purchase
- Promotional or free items
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before returning it.
❌ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@easytag.app. Please include:
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will assess your claim and offer a resolution — such as a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please:
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Follow our return process for the original product
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
If 7 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@easytag.app.
