Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. The following warranty terms apply to all purchases made through our store:
30-Day Supplier Warranty
All products come with a 30-day supplier warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any faults in materials or workmanship that may occur under normal use.
If you experience any issues within this period, please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund — depending on the nature of the fault.
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
In addition to our supplier warranty, your product is also covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty. This warranty begins on the day of delivery and extends protection against manufacturing defects for a full 12 months.
To make a manufacturer warranty claim, you may be required to provide:
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation)
- A description of the fault
- Photos or videos to support your claim
What’s Not Covered
Both warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumable parts (like batteries) unless proven faulty upon arrival
